EVERYONE WANTS TO BE RANKED NUMBER 1 IN EVERY SEARCH ENGINE. Unless you are willing to commit a lot of money $20,000 to $50,000 depending on the keywords you want to be found under, this probably is an unrealistic expectation.

How my program works

I will do my best to position your web site within the top 10 search results initially on at least one of the major search engines. We offer no trumped up claims. There are many people out there who will promise the world to get a sale. You should expect top placement over a period of 3 to 6 months. Our company has been very successfully doing search engine optimization with over 10 years experience and we have the results that prove we can do what we claim to do.

Our program is unique in the industry. We require no long-term commitments. If for any reason you are unhappy with our services, you may take your business elsewhere. We list most of our clients on line. Something most companies are afraid to do. We also list our search engine results on line and very few if any companies are willing to do that.

Stage 1

Our unique program starts with our basic optimization process that has my experienced programmers programming your web site for high search engine results. This usually results in a top 10 ranking on your main keyword phrase in at least one of the major search engines. Our staff submits your web site to the search engines and then waits to see how they rank your website. This takes about 8 weeks. The usual optimization cost is $1,500 plus web site redesign costs that vary according to what you want your web site to look like and the keywords you select.

I also strongly encourage you to purchase 3 months of keyword adverting on Google and Yahoo. This unique blended advertising will help your search engine ranking and usually can be done for around $500.

Stage 2

After this period, if you are unhappy with the results you may purchase more paid advertising on the search engines (pay for your ranking) OR you may choose to have Captain Jack study the web page ranking and make his recommendations for improvement. This process requires hours of comparison of your web site with those ranked in the top 10 results. After an analysis of what they did to get the top 10 rankings, I can make suggestions on what needs to be done to improve your rankings. This study period is billable time and costs $250 plus additional programming required which can be up to 10 hours. Since many of our web sites get a top ten placement without this analysis, there is no reason to start out with this costly procedure from the beginning. Our program is to do stage 1 optimization first and see what results your web site receives. If you are satisfied with your results, there is no reason to pay for more optimization.

If you pay for this additional service and allow us to do the additional programming required by my recommendations, my guarantee to you is that your web site will be ranked in the top 10 on one of the major search engines, such as Yahoo, MSN, Google, AOL or Altavista. If you are not, in the top ten, I will do more analysis and programming for you free until you are ranked in the top ten.

Some search engine optimization firms require a yearlong contract and fees from ranging $10,000 to $30,000 per month. Captain Jack Communications is not going to be nearly that expensive. Usually high rankings can be obtained with a one time programming fee of $1,500 to $2,000 investment on top of normal web page programming charges.

You do need to stay on top of your search engine results. You do this by examining your stats reports to see how many hits and how many visitors are coming to your web site. Look to see which keywords they picked to get to your site. If you notice a drop off in either hits or visitors, then you should ask us for a free web site analysis including a search engine ranking report.

Search engines usually change their requirements for high rankings about every 6 to 12 months. Since November of 2003, Google is changing their requirements almost monthly. Yahoo and MSN are working on 6 to 12 months between changes. While this sounds expensive to keep up on, the way we achieve a high ranking for your web site usually does not require any additional programming for 2 to 4 years.

The other option of getting a high ranking is buying your way to the top – Search Engine Marketing or pay for performance. This is a quick way to get to the top of the search engine results, but it can also be very costly. One of my customers receives 175,000 visitors per month. Even if they could pay only 10 cents per visitor that’s $17,500 per month in “pay for click” advertising charges. Right now this web site is getting all that traffic free except for the programming costs they pay my company to keep them ranked very high in the generic search engine results.

There are no guarantees for our initial search engine optimization program. Our track record is 90% are ranking in the top ten on at least one of the major search engines by using our stage 1 program. However, that means 10% do not get ranked in the top 10.

Can we do what we say? Yes. Recently I did a redesign of a major organization’s web site. After only one month they were ranked NUMBER 1 in all ten major search engines. The cost to do this was over $20,000. So it can be done and my company is capable of doing it.
